The PREMIER ACCESS Prepaid MasterCard® provides convenience, security and economy.
  • Your PREMIER ACCESS Card can be used to make purchases anywhere MasterCard is accepted worldwide. You can use it to pay your bills, buy groceries or to have a night out on the town.
  • If you happen to need cash, no problem - you can access your money at more than 800,000 ATMs that display the MasterCard, Cirrus or STAR logos.
  • Never waste time cashing your payroll check again.
  • The PREMIER ACCESS Card eliminates the possibility of lost or stolen checks.

Call 1-800-845-4889 to obtain a Personal Identification Number (PIN). The PIN will be needed for online access to your account activity, ATM and/or point-of-sale transactions.

The PREMIER ACCESS Card is issued by First PREMIER® Bank pursuant to a license by MasterCard International Incorporated.
