What is the PREMIER ACCESS Card?

Your PREMIER ACCESS Card is a prepaid MasterCard funded by your employer through direct deposit of payroll, company reimbursements and/or other employee compensation. The Card may be used to obtain cash or to make purchases up to the dollar value that is available on your Card from time to time.

Is my PREMIER ACCESS Card a credit card?

No, your PREMIER ACCESS Card is not a credit card. It is a prepaid card and you may only spend up to the value that has been loaded to your Card.

How can I use my PREMIER ACCESS Card?

Your PREMIER ACCESS Card may be used to make purchases for goods and services or to obtain cash at any merchant or ATM that accepts the Debit MasterCard Family of Brands. The Card Value will decrease each time the Card is used to make a purchase or cash withdrawal and each time an applicable fee is deducted.

How do I activate my PREMIER ACCESS Card?

Activating your PREMIER ACCESS Card is easy. Once your Card has been loaded, you may activate it by calling 1-800-845-4889. At that time you will establish your Personal Identification Number (PIN) which will be needed for online access to your account activity, ATM and/or point-of-sale transactions.

What fees are associated with my PREMIER ACCESS Card?

Fees include: Card Issuance Fee $5.95; Special Statement Copy Fee $3.00; Close Card and Issue Check Fee $15.00; Overdraft Fee $25.00; Dormancy Fee $5.00/month. Applicable fees will be deducted from the Card Value at the time the fee is incurred, unless they are paid directly by your employer. What should I do when the merchant's sales terminal asks me to select the "Debit" or "Credit" button?

When swiping the card at a retail store terminal, you may choose either "credit" or "debit". If you choose credit, you may be asked to sign a receipt. If you choose debit, you will be prompted to enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Please note, not all merchants accept PIN transactions. If that is the case, you will need to select credit and sign the receipt.

Where is my PREMIER ACCESS Card accepted?

You may use your Card to purchase goods and services at any merchant that accepts the Debit MasterCard® Family of Brands. You may also use your Card to obtain cash at the more than 800,000 ATMs that display the MasterCard, Cirrus or STAR logos.

How can I access my recent card activity?

You may obtain your transaction history, free of charge, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by logging into your account online at www.premieraccesscard.com or by calling our toll-free Customer Service at 1-800-845-4889.

Do I need to keep a minimum balance?

No. But it is a good idea to keep a small value on your Card in case of an emergency or to cover any fees you may incur. You are responsible for knowing your available balance at all times in order to avoid being declined for purchases or going over the remaining Card Value and being assessed an Overdraft Fee.

What hours are your Customer Service Representatives available?

When does my PREMIER ACCESS Card expire?

Your Card will expire two (2) years after issuance. The expiration date will be listed on the front of your Card. Upon expiration, a new Card will be issued to you and the remaining Card Value will be transferred to the new Card OR upon your request, your Card will be closed and a check will be issued to you for the remaining Card Value, less any applicable fees.

What do I do if my Card is lost or stolen?

If your Card is lost or stolen, call 1-800-845-4889 to report it immediately.

How do I change my mailing address?

You can easily change your mailing address by contacting Customer Service at 1-800-845-4889 or by contacting your employer's payroll administrator.
